Data monetisation platforms: what their terms say
A data monetisation platform sits between the company and its buyers, and its provider terms decide who owns what is listed, what the platform keeps and how a sale is paid.
Before listing, read each marketplace's own terms on who owns the data, what the marketplace keeps for itself, and what happens when the account or listing ends.
